Unlike older systems where everyone shares a large pool of data, Gibir-Negari uses a "Private Workspace" model. When you create an account, you get a dedicated environment that belongs only to you. Whether you are a solo entrepreneur or a large company, your business information is strictly walled off.

Strict Separation

Every single piece of information you enter—like sales receipts, worker details, or expenses—is permanently stamped with your unique account ID. Our system strictly guarantees that you can only ever see your own information, and no one else can see yours.

Secure Access Guard

We have a "security guard" program that checks every single request made to the system. If someone tries to view a page or fetch data without a valid, securely signed log-in ticket, they are instantly blocked and sent back to the sign-in page.

2. Automatic Setup (Ready on Day One)

The moment you sign up, our system instantly does the heavy lifting to prepare your business environment. You don't need an IT team to get started; we handle the complex setup for you automatically.

3. How We Protect Your Passwords

To automatically file your taxes and fetch data, Gibir-Negari needs to securely connect to the government's tax portals (eTax and TASS). Keeping your government portal passwords safe is our absolute highest priority.

Our Security Promise:

✓Bank-Level Scrambling: We never save your passwords in plain, readable text. Instead, we scramble them into unreadable gibberish using the same security standards trusted by banks worldwide.
✓Unique Locks for Everyone: Every single password gets its own unique digital lock. Even if two people have the same password, they will look completely different in our secure vault.
✓Hidden from the Internet: Your passwords are only ever unscrambled for a split second behind closed doors, just to send them to the government portal. They are never sent back to your computer screen or the internet.
✓Master Key Protection: The "Master Key" used to unscramble the passwords is kept entirely separate from the vault itself. If a hacker somehow broke into the vault, all they would find is useless, unreadable text.

5. Total Privacy & Activity Logs

We believe your financial data is yours alone. We have strict rules in place to ensure your privacy.

Our Staff Cannot See Your Finances: Even the highest-level support staff at Gibir-Negari cannot peek into your business numbers. They can see basic things like your subscription status, but your receipts, tax amounts, and passwords are locked away and invisible to them.
You Can See Everything: We keep a detailed "Activity Log" (like a digital diary) of everything that happens in your account. If you want to know when a tax report was filed or when an automatic sync happened, you can check your history.
Account Pauses: If an account doesn't follow the rules or stops paying, it might be paused. Even when paused, the data remains safely locked away—it is never deleted without a formal process.
