Step-by-Step Sign Up Process
Visit the Registration Page
Navigate to https://gibir-negari.com/auth/register or click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage.
Enter Your Business Information
Fill in the registration form with the following details:
Verify Your Phone Number
After submitting the form, check your phone for an SMS containing a 4-digit verification code. Enter the code to activate your account.
Complete Organization Setup
After phone verification, you'll be redirected to the organization setup wizard. Configure:
- Fiscal year start date (Ethiopian calendar)
- Default VAT rate (15% standard)
- Business type (Sole Proprietor, PLC, Share Company, etc.)
- Primary business activity
Access Your Dashboard
Once setup is complete, you'll be redirected to your personalized dashboard. You can now start adding workers, recording transactions, and managing tax compliance.

How to Sign In

Sign In is how you access your Gibir-Negari account after registration. Use your email and password to securely log in to your organization's dashboard.
Step-by-Step Sign In Process
Navigate to the Login Page
Go to https://gibir-negari.com/auth/signin or click "Sign In" on the homepage.
Enter Your Credentials
Provide your login information:
Click "Sign In"
After entering your credentials, click the "Sign In" button. The system will verify your credentials and redirect you to your dashboard.
Access Your Dashboard
Once authenticated, you'll see your personalized dashboard with access to all modules: HR, Accounting, eTax, Sales, Purchases, and AI Auditor.

Common Sign In Issues & Solutions
Error: "Invalid credentials"
Solution: Double-check your email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive. If the issue persists, use the "Forgot Password" feature.
Error: "Phone not verified"
Solution: Check your phone for the verification SMS. Enter the code to activate your account. Request a new verification SMS if needed.
Error: "Account locked"
Solution: After 5 failed login attempts, accounts are temporarily locked for 15 minutes. Wait and try again, or contact support.
1Quick Start: Your First 5 Minutes
1. System Authentication
Sign in using your assigned administrator credentials. If you are a first-time user, check your phone for the verification SMS.
2. System Configuration
Navigate to Settings to configure your company TIN and tax rates (VAT/TOT) for the current fiscal year.
3. Register a Worker
Navigate to HR → Workers → Create. Fill in the mandatory fields and click 'Save'.

Navigate to the Worker Form
From the dashboard sidebar, select
HRand thenRegister Worker. - Step 02:
Enter Personal Information
Provide the Full Name, Date of Birth, and Gender. These are required for system compliance.
- Step 03:
Pension ID (Critical)
Ensure the Pension ID is entered correctly. This field is non-mandatory but highly recommended for tax calculations.
Troubleshooting
Invalid TIN Error
Ensure the TIN provided for the vendor or customer matches the official ERCA records. Incorrect TINs will block the eTax sync process.
Missing WHT Receipt Dialog
The WHT dialog only appears for purchase types that exceed the 10,000 ETB threshold or for specific tax-liable categories.
