System Limitations
Receipt Scan Limits
The system counts every Purchase Entry and Sales Entry created within a calendar month. Free plan users must upgrade when they reach their limit. Paid subscribers can buy prepaid extra scans (pay-per-use) for the current month — payment is required before scanning beyond the included allowance.
Prepaid Extra Receipt Scans (Paid Plans)
Extra scan price = (your plan's monthly equivalent price ÷ included receipts) × quantity, with a 20% pay-per-use discount on all paid plans. All prices are VAT-inclusive.
Automation Run Limits
Automations include background synchronization with eTax portals, TASS verification, and AI compliance audits. Free users are limited to 5 automation runs per month.

How to Upgrade Your Plan
Upgrading your plan is simple and gives you immediate access to higher limits and advanced features. Follow these detailed steps to upgrade:
1Navigate to Billing & Subscription
Go to your Settings Dashboard and select Billing & Subscription from the sidebar.
2Choose Your New Plan
Review the available plans and click the "Upgrade plan" button on the tier that best fits your business needs. You can choose between monthly and yearly billing (yearly saves you up to 20%).
3Complete Payment via AddisPay
You will be redirected to our secure checkout powered by AddisPay. Select your preferred payment method (Telebirr, CBE Birr, Amole, etc.) and complete the transaction.
4Instant Activation
Once payment is successful, you will be redirected back to Gibir-Negari. Your new limits and features are activated instantly! Your billing cycle will reset based on the upgrade date.
Refund Policy
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis for significant service interruptions.
